We offer a wide range of safe, fun toys for babies, toddlers, and young kids, including educational puzzles, wooden blocks, building sets, plush toys, sensory play items, pretend play toys, learning games, and more — all designed to support development, creativity, and endless fun.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. What are the shipping options and costs? We provide fast and reliable shipping with these options (delivery times are business days, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays):
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — $20
- Free Shipping / FREESHIPPING: 7–14 business days — $0 (most orders qualify for free shipping!)
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $0 (select this for free delivery on qualifying orders)
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $10 (for orders below any free shipping threshold, if applicable)
Free shipping eligibility will be clearly shown at checkout — the majority of orders qualify!
4. How long will shipping take?
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Free / Standard: 7–14 business days Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school), delivery may take slightly longer.
5. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Most orders qualify for Free Shipping (7–14 business days). Any minimum order requirement (if applicable) will be displayed clearly in your cart at checkout.
6. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Toys must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is usually the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Email support@big-blue-charter.com to start a return.
7. Are your toys safe and non-toxic? Absolutely! All our toys meet or exceed US safety standards (CPSIA compliant), using non-toxic, child-safe materials. We prioritize BPA-free, phthalate-free, and lead-free options. Always check age recommendations and product details for the best fit.
